 As a proficient fly tyer, I can say that this thread is as good as the threads offered by the big companies and overall is better than many of them. I know, bold statement. But give it a try. I think you’ll agree. It is thin and flat- when you want it to be. A mere counterclockwise spin of the bobbin for a right-handed tyer provides flatness when you want it. Clockwise spin and you tighten it up, such as when securing a clump of deer hair. It has just enough stretch. For its size, it’s stronger than poly and nylon threads of equivalent weight. It’s more abrasion resistant than many other leading threads. Got rough fingers? This thread will be a little sturdier. It is offered in 72 Denier and 110 Denier in 16 rich colors. Every single spool is spooled in-house.
